Add the first version of the memory map for the sdxlemur CPE target. This memory map builds off of the existing 1 GB memory map for sdxlemur, but adds 32 MB to the MPSS memory carveout. Change-Id: Ieeb9fd2784b69d5b191bed391492ef31a748c848
