dre: Remove kernel config line from Manifest.xml

As part of google requirement change, the kernel config will be pulled
from the kernel-config location rather than the manifest_kalama.xml
file. This change was brought in by the following commit on the google
side - Ib57e8bd03046a07e3a86f21aaafe4aabc5e72710.
