a27d857000 dre: remove OMX 
* OMX HW video codecs are no longer used after enabling Codec2
 * OMX HW audio codecs won't work without QCOM A/V enhancements, which
   we don't have on Lineage.

594e8e1c20 dre: Work around using prebuilt HWC

ec768a0c76 dre: Remove software omx codec references 
These are no longer available as of Android 14 QPR3. The C2 codecs
available by default in the swcodec apex will be used instead.
