universal7885: CameraLightSensor: Add privapp permissions

Browse source 
* Logcat: Privileged permission android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS for package com.eurekateam.cameralightsensor (/system/priv-app/CameraLightSensor) not in privapp-permissions allowlist

* Turn off debug bool too
