The class of device is a string with a list of uint8t values:
90,2,12

The meaning is as follows:
{Service Field, Major class, Minor class}

Service Field: 0x5A -> 90
    Bit 17: Networking
    Bit 19: Capturing
    Bit 20: Object Transfer
    Bit 22: Telephony
MAJOR_CLASS: 0x02 -> 2 (Phone)
MINOR_CLASS: 0x0C -> 12 (Smart Phone)

 		universal7885: NFC SKU A40 Model fix 
The A404F - "M" Model isn't detecting the NFC HW, so we added A405F models to init_universal7885 and seperate the models by the added code. This commit is confirmed and working.

The Pixel libperfmgr has following code :

which is basically
declare thread {
        if (powerhalprop_is_not_set) wait;
        else (powerhal_prop_is_set) init_other_threads;
}.start();

But in logcat

So the powerhal's thread was not being run. This commit fixes seplicy to allow vendor init to set the powerhal init prop. May fix some issues on DT2W and deep sleep
