The original 80% was too much, with that zram size, the idle RAM usage was around 75%. Now with 30%, the system boots fine and idle RAM usage has been decreased to around 55%. Also, reduce swappiness a bit
- Switch to LZ4 for better overall performance
- Set max_comp_streams to num of cores since upstream also moves this to
percpu.
- Set page-cluster to 0 as the incremental cost of reading 1 page at a
time is negligible for zram
[roynatech2544: Adjust swappiness too]

* More zram size -> less performance. The device doesn't use all of zram even on 3GB device, so decrease it

* make directory for sec_efs partition
* Address selinux denials while using it
* HACK: Since oemcrypto looks for /factory/wv.keys, mount sec_efs partition on /factory instead of /efs

This removes the default mounting of debugfs, as
it is no longer allowed from android-S new-launch.

We don't use zram_loopback_path any longer so remove it.
We also changed zram_loopback_size with zram_backingdev_size so correct it.

* Some banking apps read the file /proc/net/unix to
find out whether things like Magisk are installed/running.
To prevent that, chmod it 440.
This file isn't needed by any other process when boot is finished.
I've tested this and banking apps that did not work before
and recognized Magisk being installed now don't recognize
that and work just fine.
