 		universal7885: Use component-override to configure Bluetooth 
Runtime Resource Overlays (RROs) can no longer change the value of
resources in manifest when read during PackagerParser.

This change uses component-override to enable the service by default.

Remove usages of profile_supported_* from overlays as they no
longer configure the enable state of Bluetooth components.

 		universal7885: mm: adjust zram write back policy 
The first default zram write back time is 3 hours which
is for go device to quickly save more ram. For Pixel
devices, we have more working set and could bring launch
time impact if we write back too fast. Thus, adjust the
first time write back time to 24 hours which is aligned
with periodic write back time.

EDIT: Adjust to 6h.

 		universal7885: props: Disable VSync for CPU rendered apps 
Choreographer VSync has some performance impact for CPU rendered apps
as the app has to wait for VSync to start a new frame draw. When the
frame draw time exceeds one VSync, this has a direct impact on the FPS.
"debug.cpurend.vsync" property controls the VSync for CPU rendered apps.

Disable VSync for CPU rendered app, by setting this property to false.
