universal7885: props: Adjust LMK daemon props ...
* ro.lmk.use_psi : Leave it there, because PSI was not ported to Linux 4.4 kernel
* ro.lmk.use_minfree_levels : Set it to true, because we don't have PSI
* ro.lmk.critical_upgrade : Remove and set to default, because no need to be agressive on killing processes on low ram device
* ro.lmk.upgrade_pressure : Deprecated
* ro.lmk.downgrade_pressure : Deprecated
* ro.lmk.kill_heaviest_task : Remove, Because lmkd should kill the best available target, else even foreground apps may force close.
* ro.lmk.log_stats : Remove, it is not documented on Android docs, and even if it works, no need to spam log
