GhostMaster69-dev a4802ecdd3 universal7885: overlay: Don't allow camera to start by using power button. 
- This disable a feature which comes enabled by default where we
  press the power button twice to start the camera.
- Sometimes this feature is annoying and lags phone. Let's disable it
