roynatech2544 d0fdbc6489 universal7885: zram: Reduce size to 30% of physical RAM 
The original 80% was too much, with that zram size, the idle RAM usage was around 75%. Now with 30%, the system boots fine and idle RAM usage has been decreased to around 55%. Also, reduce swappiness a bit
