Allow audio hal service to take wakelock.
This is needed to ensure Hotword sessions

Following denied pattern:
avc:  denied  { find } for
interface=android.system.suspend::ISystemSuspend

scontext=u:r:hal_audio_default:s0
tcontext=u:object_r:system_suspend_hwservice:s0

Test: build pass, "avc denied" cleared
