 		sm6375-common: Drop system WFD blobs 
* These are broken on 17, not easily shim-able, and no 17 devices
  are, or will soon ship on stock.
* Therefore, drop these until/if 17 blobs that work pop up, and even
  then I'd rather it just be a common repo we all inherit anyway.

 		sm6375-common: Specify vendor.usb.controller 
Specify this so that USB can be properly brought back online via HAL.

It was already specified in these locations:
- device/motorola/sm6225-common/rootdir/etc/init.target.rc
  But this apparently isn't early enough in the boot process.
- vendor/qcom/opensource/usb/vendor_product.mk
  But this apparently isn't included and doesn't take effect.

As a result, vendor/qcom/opensource/usb/hal/Usb.cpp would use its
fallback value of a600000.dwc3, which is not correct.

17d69f3634 sm6375-common: audio: Disable ULL mode 
* Ultra low latency playback is currently broken. Crackling audio
   can be well noticed while playing WhatsApp audio messages or even
   during some games.
 * This patch routes all audio that normally used audio-ull-playback
   paths to low-latency-playback paths instead, thus meaning we're
   switching from ULL to LL mode.

 		sm6375-common: Move to QTI health AIDL service 
The health AIDL HAL service provides functionalities of charger,
therefore system charger at /system/bin/charger is deprecated.
On top of that, QTI health AIDL HAL service enables suspend by
default, the equivalent of setting ro.charger.enable_suspend
for legacy charger.
