ARM: dts: msm: correct PCIe regulator labels for sdxlemur

Browse source 
Mismatch PCIe regulator labels in devicetree is preventing PCIe
driver from getting proper handles and info to set voltage and
enable regulators. Correct the PCIe regulator labels for
sdxlemur.
