dt-bindings: thermal: Add support for QMI beamer ADC and RF sensors

Browse source 
Add support for QMI beamer ADC and RF sensors to apps.
It enables these sensors as thermal zone sensors so
that we can read and set trip thresholds via
thermal zone.
