Currently global pause mask is used for controlling individual
AC based sub queues and even all the network queues, due to this
mask is set/reset improperly which is not giving actual global
queue status representation. To avoid this introduced new sub queue
mask which is used while controlling individual network sub queues
and global mask is over for overall network queues.

Currently, driver is depending on NS frame to be received to configure
peer multicast address for an NDP session. If there is a delay in NS
frame reception, peer multicast address list will be configured to the
FW without actual peer multicast address. Because of this, FW will drop
the NS frame from NDP peer.
To address this, derive peer multicast address from peer MAC address
and include it in multicast address list that is configured to the FW.

Add new parameter 128/129 for miracast command to enable/disable
p2p connection time optimization. The command needs to be issued
before p2p negotiation/invitation/connecting, the driver will do some
necessary configuration to reduce the p2p connecting time. At present,
disabling IMPS is the only configuration to achieve it.

When checking the total number of supported rates against the maximum

In delete pmksa call for FILS case, the userspace sends only the
ssid and cache id on the pmk cache. But the driver copies only the
bssid which could cause invalid bssid being copied and the delete
pmksa operation fails always.
Fill pmksa ssid if SSID and cache id are provided, else copy the
bssid.

by qmi. and other request type should send by wmi.
if sending by qmi, qmi_get/qmi_put should be call to protect

Current when open interface, country change work will
start, but as hdd_open is holding psoc sync, it will
wait for 500ms to resched, after 500ms most of the time
the 1st scan comes, it will send WMI_SCAN_CHAN_LIST_CMDID
which cause scan abort.
Change wait time to 30ms, so country work can be finished
asap once hdd_open done, it will not affect 1st scan.

This change sends the new wow event in the bitmap to FW only
when the roam stats suspend mode attribute is enabled from the
user space.
Also, the new wow reason is added to wake up the host while
sending the roam event stats.

WFA cert case expects OCV capability in RSN cap, if
STAUT supports OCV. But, as part of join request
processing, host disables self OCV capability if the
AP doesn't support OCV in beacon.
Delay the OCV capability intersection till the assoc
completion, so that OCV capability gets sent as part
of the assoc request.

Host sends the EXT CAP IE based on the capability
coming from the supplicant in join request. But, after
roaming the cached join request will be freed. Therefore,
after roaming few capabilities sent by the userspace are
not saved and therefore lost in reassoc request.
Save the EXT CAP IE from the join request in the VDEV
and use the cached capability for sending Ext cap IE.

cfg80211 resume request will be rejected if there is an SSR in
progress, Because of this modules are not coming out of suspend state
when there is an SSR after suspend request.
To avoid this, resume all modules before recovery shutdown.

The extended capabilities IE is sent during vdev create and
this doesn't have the merged extended capabilities from the
userspace. So some of the fields advertised in association
request are not advertised in the re-association request.
Fix the missing fields not set in the extended capabilities IE
by sending the set IE message to LIM after connection is
successful.

Some AP reports HT20 in beacon frame but HT40 in assoc response
frame. FW roaming will decide BW HT40 based on assoc response.
In previous change host will decide BW based on assoc response
as FW does. But the issue is after roaming, the host will check
beacon for AP BW changing and then do vdev restart. But the vdev
restart may be rejected by FW if the FW roaming is still in
progress. To avoid the complication, revert the change.
The original issue will be fixed by validation the channel
segment by Ia41c51feca855cab54e908438c51a8d12075f864 to avoid
the kernel check channel failure and disconnect.

channel freq and BW from roam sync are not updated to wma
interface struct.

In P2P, if NDP is present, limit max ROC duration to
400ms on DBS and 250ms on non-DBS case.
If NAN is present, limit max ROC duration to 450ms on DBS
and 300ms on non-DBS case.
