Add an interface to enable/disable boost concurrency. When
enabled the charger in buck-mode can act as a boost over a
separate path. The feature is supported only on PM5100 and
can be enabled using "qcom,concurrency-mode-supported" flag.

If PCIe enumeration fails with primary PCIe RC port, retry with
other PCIe RC ports if any in the list from device tree using
the same logic.

When a new sys_buf needs to be allocated, the previously sys_buf
will not be freed. this will cause a memory leak. This change fix
this issue.

When CONFIG_QCOM_LLCC is not enabled, there is unused function warnings
seen when llcc-tcm.h is added part of client driver.
warning: unused function 'llcc_tcm_get_phys_addr' [-Wunused-function]
Suppress those warnings by adding __maybe_unused attributes with those
APIs.
