Add remote debugger device configuration. The Remote Debugger driver
allows a debugger running on a host PC to communicate with a remote
stub running on peripheral subsystems.

Custom waveform with FIFO data samples and play rate setting would
be passed down from userspace through custom_data memory in periodic
effect data structure. Load the waveform into FIFO memory and play
it using FIFO mode.
Meanwhile, correct a typo in F_16KHZ definition.

This patch adds the /sys/hypervisor sysfs interface for the Haven
hypervisor. When running hosted on the Haven hypervisor, this interface
provides the Haven API and version information, and an interface for
controlling debug features. Haven also provides a call to disable its
UART driver. Disabling Haven's UART driver is exposed through a Kconfig
option.

Resuming from system suspend after handling EUD based spoof disconnect,
USB enumeration is not supposed to start until EUD based spoof connect
is notified. Hence check EUD based spoof disconnect flag before updating
vbus_active.
Also log important USB inputs state with dwc3_ext_event_notify() API
using dbg_log_string() instead of dev_dbg().

Split up the different cases of "fastrpc_init_process" (like
static versus dynamic process create) into smaller functions, to
reduce the complexity of the function. Add utility function for
registering the service locators for remote process restart
notifications, to reduce code duplicity.

Bandwidth vote values were being applied as Bytes-per-second but
the interconnect framework expects Kilobytes-per-second units. Fix
the error by using unit conversion macros provided by the
interconnect interface.
