Expose sound card online/offline state to procfs so userspace application
can poll and read sound card's state.

Replace #ifdef CONFIG_QPNP_PBS with #if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_QPNP_PBS).
This fixes a function redefinition error when compiling the
qpnp-pbs driver as a module with CONFIG_QPNP_PBS=m in a defconfig
file.

Add support to manage voltage supply regulators via the
vdd-class voting interface. Provide functions that can be
easily used to implement clk_ops callbacks used for voltage
voting.

On some platform USB super speed phy needs to reset link training to
improve interoperability with different super speed capabale host as
workaround. Remove this workaround as it is no longer required for
newer HW.

This change adds USB GSI function driver which provides USB RMNET/RNDIS/
ECM/MBIM/DPL related functionalities with GSI hardware accelerated path.
This snapshot is taken as of msm-4.19 commit 104eef6e1fe8 ("platform:
msm: Remove unused local count variable").
This change also includes some fixups to match the modified API in
dwc3-msm.h.
