The cps4019 wait cmd done time out when test app crc
because the wait_time_out is too short.
Add log print firmware length.

The cps4019 I2C frame format use 32bit address in
firmware download mode.So we need add I2C 32bits address
read and write functions and use them in firmware download.
Modify some code formatting and add some logs.

sm5350 exp mode backlight current with the different curve to
other chips, add backlight current align configuration for
the same current at the same hal level, to support the same
brightness at the same hal level.

1. Disable the charging and charger input via device tree
configuration
2. Disable charger input if battery is absent or temperature
is too low(<-30 degree C)
3. Force battery to empty to trigger android auto power off
if paired battery becomes empty to avoid it over discharging.

userspace use current max to judge charging rate in
setting->battery menu. Because main charger icl will
been limit to 300ma when charger pump enable, so
we can't use usb icl update to userspace.
