2268610deb ARM: dts: msm: Remove CNSS WLAN CMA region for sdxlemur-512M variants 
Commit 390b3f3f4b ("ARM: dts: msm: Add bindings for llcc tcm") added
the CNSS WLAN CMA region back for all variants of sdxlemur targets,
including 512 MB variants, which is not desired. Remove it, such that
it is only included for the 1 GB variants of sdxlemur.

23ca5c2a52 ARM: dts: msm: update gold L3 memlat mapping for yupik target 
Incorrect value for 1.2GHz in L3 memlat mapping table results
in L3 memlat vote from Gold cluster to not go above 768Mhz.
Update the table with correct value.

Enable USB2 functionality for 2nd USB port on Yupik IOT IDP platform.
And also set default mode to none for USB2 port as there is no provision
for dynamic detection of USB modes.
