DSI framework can send notifications from multiple channels.
Add device tree option to bind suspend/resume notifier to certain
DSI channel. This change applies to both: FB and DRM

Update to trigger usb driver on attach. This will add
a new "phone" power supply so that the usb driver or
any other driver can register against the "phone"
power supply and get notified when it changes state.
POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_PRESENT will be used to communicate
the attach status.

If first MICD key range max is configured too high then
impedence will fall into the first MICD range and MICBIAS
will not be changed for polarity check.
Before skipping the polarity change, make sure the first range max
is low enough to put a wrong polarity headset in the second range.

Add hwid to muc_uart bootinfo. Export the hwrev
function from the bootinfo driver to make this
information available.
Also update when bootinfo is sent, it may be
requested by the muc. With this, a change has
been made to cover the whole request processing
by a mutex to try to prevent sending a message
from the queue when the muc is expecting a
response instead.

Moon also requires a delay before reading the boot done bit and clearing
the boot done interrupt. Otherwise the interrupt line gets pulled low
forever.

Factory Kill was being tripped when USB is suspended.
Fix this by checking USBIN Voltage when in suspend rather
then the online status.
