ARM: dts: msm: Add GPU thermal zone configuration for YUPIK
...
Add thermal zones for all GPU sensors individually to
achieve better thermal control.
Enable polling delay to one of the thermal zone to monitor
the TSENS hardware functionality.

Add CPU frequency, CPU isolation and CPU hotplug cooling device
configuration. Add thermal emergency mitigation configuration
to mitigate CPU at high temperatures for YUPIK.

TLMM pin 81 is used to indicate to the USB3/DP Combo PHY the
orientation that which the PMIC detected a USB-C connection.
Select this pinctrl from the usb_qmp_dp_phy device and ensure
it is selecting the "usb_phy" pin function.

ARM: dts: msm: Mark GCC PCIE clocks as protected in YUPIK
...
GCC PCIE clocks does not need to be controlled from HLOS in
YUPIK, hence mark them as protected and remove support for
PCIE GDSC's.
