bf88b90686 ARM: dts: msm: use dummy regulator for 3V eLDO supply of touch on Holi 
The 3V eLDO controlled by gpio#53 is always ON, to avoid any conflict
with the ALS sensor that is also using the same GPIO.

Make use of a dummy regulator for the touch 3V supply.

50af2132d6 ARM: dts: msm: Set allowable min volt of L9B to 1.2V for Yupik 
The L9B Regulator is used by UFS's VCCQ. To follow UFS JEDEC, UFS
driver has to vote for 1.14v-1.26v. But the actual measured value
of VCCQ would be less than 1.14v due to HW IR drop. So we limit
L9B's min volt to 1.2V from regulator layer to avoid this UFS VCCQ
Spec violation issue.
