As HW init is after irq request in default code, so there have many
irq trigger when boot with charger and load charger type detect error.
So need to adjust init sequence.

When the phone is restarted, the OCV checksum calculation method
is problematic, which causes the OCV parameter to be updated,
so that the voltage is re-measured and check the meter to obtain the initial capacity,
which causes the battery capacity to jump when restarting the phone.

The unit boot when real batt_soc 0%, the UI batt level show 100%.
The root cause is combine soc is 100 when init, and now
mmi_combine_battery_soc api return soc is -1, so don't update
the combine soc.

project use 10mhon rsense,but current rsense config is 1mhom,
that will make current value not correct.

FG_CW2217: cw_update_data-518 : vol = 3880 current = 5238
above log show current=5238mA, but it should be 523.8mA
Correct rsense config can fix this issue.

1. In the case of firmware damage, the input device is directly released
when probe, and the input device is accessed when the system is
suspended, causing the system crash.
2. When the firmware is damaged, because the product information cannot
be read, the touch upgrade script cannot repair the firmware.
So we need to use the ic_name in the dtbo file.
3. When probing, if obtaining the configuration file fails, reflash the
configuration file after the firmware upgrade is completed.

This change allows defining an artificial no touch zones. Reported
touch coordinates will never belong to these zones. This is done by
extending associated screen beyond physical touchpad Y resolution.
If physical touchpad resolution along Y axis is Yres and Z is the
dimension of such a zone, then reported coordinates will be in the
range Z < y < (Yres + Z).

As bq2589x_adjust_absolute_vindpm api sleep 1s to get vbus
voltage, but it will cause charger type update to charging policy
slowly. So directly call bq2589x_set_input_volt_limit api.

As external charging ic is different, some charging ic will trigger irq
to update charger type unknown when set HIZ mode. So setting
icl 0 mA instead of usb suspend feature. The min icl current of some
charging ic is 100mA. We also can think usb suspend.
