The SOC can become corrupted on battery insertion so
in the factory mode force a POR so it can be recalculated.

IF the Max FG report -EAGAIN then it has not completed
the init of the battery profile and values could be
inaccurate. So stop processing and reschedule heartbeat
if this is seen so a fresh 1st run of data can be taken.

For 0 flash panel, read IC info when power-on is not stable.
So set those parameters in driver code.
This is a workaround for this issue. Need revert later.

Typec mode is not a sufficient condition for USB charger presence
detection, in the cases that typec mode is not source type.
Here takes audio adapter with charger port support for example.
It is reasonable to keep consistent with QC SMB charger driver charger
presence report.

For TDDI IC, TP reset is controled by LCD, LCD request reset gpio.
But focaltech IC still need HW reset in TP driver.
So we can control reset GPIO without request it, this GPIO is shared
with LCD

Re-creating input device on firmware upgrade is not necessary and
confuses the InputReader. Regardless whether firmware gets upgraded
or not, driver will keep the same input device (and thus associated
with it /dev/input/eventX file).

The usbin suspend may be triggered by sw command, AICL or
light flashing.
So it may cause auto power off for factory kill when test
the camera flash LED.
The bit6 of register 0x110B can indicate usbin suspend
state in all above cases.
