The isolated page blocks shouldn't be used as migration destination.
Consider the below scenario:
Pa Pb
__offline_pages()
isolate the page blocks
migrate the page to
the isolated page block
offline the memory block
online the same memory block
which clears the page refcount
and try to put the page to buddy
In the above scenario, Pa is migrating the page to the page block on
what Pb is trying to offline after the page block is isolated.
This can cause the issues like wrong page contents, memory offline
failures.

when suspend happen with empty OTG cable,
then insert USB 3 thumb drive,
after resume, thumb drive work in USB 2 mode.
currently in suspend function only disable redriver,
but no operation in resume function.
fix it by enable redriver during resume.

During probe failure current implementation returns with
error without cleaning the mailbox channels.
Update the probe function to cleanup the mail box
channels for scmi tx and rx paths.

This patch is for updating GKI allowed symbol list without adding any
new symbol. Next patch will introduce newly added symbols for Exynosauto
SoC GKI vendor modules. To avoid unnecessary symbols, this patch also
adds "preserved by --additions-only" even though we don't need them
anymore.
