qcom_ipcc needs to be functional for qsee_ipc_irq_bridge_probe to
be successful. Hence, add a soft-dependency on qcom_ipcc to ensure this
happens when these drivers are built as modules.
Also, update the license year.

The commit, <65ec3786aa> (mmc: host: Fix bootup issue with file
encryption with GKI) introduced build error- multiple definitions of
the same function'. Hence, make the stub definitions 'static inline'
to handle the errors.

data from user. Use correct size while copying user concurrency
info for enabling persistent headers.

Add EP_LOOKUP for gps control channel and update the ep_type
as USB and interface id used for GPS function so that user space
Qmuxbridge daemon will use this info and update the response in
DPM_OPEN_QMI Request for QMI communication.

commit 10ee57c29e ("block: Fix use-after-free while iterating over
requests")
This is needed to fix regression observed in suspend/resume
paths where the tag corresponds to static_rqs is becoming
NULL and observed a kernel panic due to NULL pointer access in
blk_mq_get_rq().

Currently the functions usb_gadget_activate and
usb_gadget_deactivate are being called with spinlock held.
The above functions calls gadget_pullup which invokes
pm_runtime_get_sync call, which might sleep.
This results in a crash. Fix this by releasing the
spinlock and acquiring it after the function call.

If driver allows function remote wake-up for DPL interface.
windows10/8 host may suspend the DPL function in SS mode.
When we receive Function Suspend for usb interface. gsi_suspend()
blocks ringing of doorbell by USB controller to IPA GSI and schedule
usb_ipa_w work with event EVNT_SUSPE. This will block the GSI to IPA
path for other GSI interfaces in the compositions.
Hence disable function remote wake-up capability for DPL interface.

f_accessory: fix CTS test stuck since CTS 9.0.
- Refine acc_read() process.
The data length that user (test program) wants to read is different
from they really requested. This will cause the test flow stuck on the
2nd or the 3rd transfers in accessory test.

CtsVerifierUSBCompanion.apk installed.)

When SVM is being used there can only be one GPU address assigned
to the memory descriptor. Don't allow the GPU address to be changed
after it has been negotiated the first time by a process.

It shouldn't be illegal for memory descriptors to have multiple virtual
memory mappings under certain circumstances. If that is the case
tracking a single usermem address for each memdesc no longer makes much
sense. Get rid of the memdesc->usermem member and use an atomic counter
to track mappings instead.

The same_page variable inside the function __bio_try_merge_page()
must be set to true if the merge happened within the same page.
As some the callers of this function take action based on that.
