The current implementation of add-wlan-objs does not work correctly
with GNU Make 3.81 which is widely in use. So refine the function in a
manner that works with 3.81 as well as newer versions of Make.

Currently the tcp delack reset config is initiated,
unconditionally, when the bus bandwidth timer is stopped.
This leads to unnecessary tcpdelack settings even if
it has not been enabled.
Reset the tcp delack setting from bus bandwidth timer stop
only if tcp delack is enabled.

Currently, the AP power mode is only updated during HE OP IE population.
This causes the country IE to use the incorrect TX powers since HE OP is
populated afterwards. Add a call to update the power mode whenever the
country changes.

Currently runtime resume is marked as success after kicking
HTC queues, due to this non PM marked WMI commands are not
sent out properly.
Fix this by marking runtime resume as success before kicking
HTC queues, since resume is set as success as part of HTC kick
queues WMI commands will be sent out properly.

Fix the TPE IE population for SAP. The total power and PSD power
are interchanged in TPE populate API.
Also, fix the TPC power calculation logic STA in non-PSD case when
TPE IE is present.
Populate current AP power type for SAP as well.

Set channel width when calling wlan_reg_set_channel_params_for_freq.
Also, in the case of 160MHz, mhz_freq_seg1 should be used instead of
mhz_freq_seg0 to get center frequency.
Send total eirp power to FW instead of psd power for PSD case as
part of WMI_VDEV_SET_TPC_POWER_CMDID.

In scenario, when ROAM HO failure is piggybacked on WOW wake up,
the blm reject AP addition fails as mutex can't be acquired in
interrupt context. With this change, the reject bssid blm
addition will happen after changing context to scheduler thread.

When the SRNG IRQs are disabled during suspend, it is

adapter->dev is used for get ref, issue happens
1 adapter is used to dev hold in thread_1
2 adapter is removed in thread_2 for interface
delete, and adapter->dev is set to NULL in
hdd_uninit.
3 thread_1 use adapter->dev for dev_put, then
adapter->dev is invalid here.
As adapter->dev will be invalid only after dev_put,
so not set null adapter->dev in hdd_uninit in case
dev_put need it.

Target side STA PS module will only stop when WMI_VDEV_STOP
received, and QoS-null frame is possible to be sent in
the window from DEAUTH TX to WMI_VDEV_STOP.
Disable STA power save before disconnecting process,
to avoid QoS-null in such window.

Currently, host exits the regulatory update critical section as soon
as hdd_regulatory_dyn_cbk finishes. However, there is some work that
is scheduled to send the updated scan channel list to FW, which needs
to go inside the critical section as well. Move the logic to exit the
critical section after host sends the channel list.

Currently,there is an issue in hdd_adapter_iterator(), as it
is iterate till (n-1)th adapter. Due to this, in STA+STA+P2P
scenario, driver allows wlan0 scan when P2P connection in
progress as hdd_is_connection_in_progress() only check for
STA mode and miss the P2P mode.
Iterate till nth adapter as a fix.

In Extended capabilities sent in assoc request, TWT capabilities
are included so 10 octets are present, but in set ie command,
only 9 octets are included.
Also the Beamformee STS <= 80Mhz capability is not populated
per band based on firmware advertised capability in the
set per band ie command, so there is mismatch in this field in
initial association and roaming.
Populate the missing bytes in IE sent via set ie command to
firmware, also update the beamformee sts capability per band.

TDLS teardown happens in high throughput
scenario as rx pkt count increment API
"tdls_update_rx_pkt_cnt" is not called
if hdd_is_current_high_throughput API
returns TRUE. The reason for this is due
to high cpu cycles consumed by
tdls_update_rx_pkt_cnt API.
As part of fix optimize tdls_update_rx_pkt_cnt,
tdls_update_tx_pkt_cnt API's for high
throughput scenario. In high throughput
scenario mostly the use-case is to increment
the pkt counter so move that logic to
the top of the API's.

Add new ini "enable_twt_24ghz" to enable/disable host triggered
TWT in 2.4Ghz connection. Check this ini value in TWT get
capability. The userspace will query the self capability before
triggering the host TWT.

When TDLS connection is made in 160 MHZ
for 11ax staions, the MCS rates for the
same aren't updated correctly.
Also, MCS rate can change in case the
connection between both stations is made
with AP operating in NSS 1x1, as there is
a check in lim_populate_he_mcs_set which
will disable MCS rates corresponding to
nss > 1x1.
To fix this, copy 160 MHZ mcs from the
staion parameters which gets updated in
change station. Also, use nss parameter
which is passed by lim_populate_he_mcs_set()
in the check which was used to disable mcs
rates corresponding to nss > 1x1. Thus,
peer station nss will be used to
determine whether to disable or not.
