Add mproc related defconfig for sa8155 which inlcudes
qrtr,hwspinlock,mailbox,glink,smem,smp2p and ipc logging
related configurations.

Persistent map is not freed and if not reused properly,
CMA memory leak scenario is observed. This happens
because for dynamic loading mapping, re-usage of
persistent map is not considered.

Wait for actul intent allocation to complete before again requesting
for same intent. Currently on getting intent request ack glink looks
for allocated intent and if it is not found it again requests.
In some cases remote host may delay allocation of intents but acknowledge
it immediately, in such cases glink will keep on requesting same intent
repeatedly. Now added code to wait for actual intent allocation to complete
and timeout if it is not allocated within 10 sec.

According to datasheet, for qca6390 it needs at
least 4ms delay between wlan_en active and pcie
reset de-assert. And as for qca6174, it needs 10ms.
So add such fix to increase the default 1ms delay
to 10ms-11ms.

SCMI core framework match id function expects zero initialized entry at
the end of id_match table. Add zero initialized entries in both memlat
and plh scmi client drivers.

Enable qps615 drivers to compiled as a loadable kernel module.
Set the dependencies that qps615 driver has and make sure that
they are built as well.

Log qrtr rx packet in kernel logs which caused system wakeup.
This will help to easily identify wakeup packet.

1.Remove mutexes used in TM configure API to avoid deadlock.
2.Update register writes in immediate and TM configure APIs.
3.Correct register and bit to check for end of conversion for immediate
conversion in IRQ handler.
