On latest kernel wakeup_source_init API remove,

CONFIG_DRM_PANEL -> CONFIG_DRM_PANEL_NOTIFICATIONS
Because CONFIG_PANEL_NOTIFICATIONS is already defined in other project,,
the <drm/drm_panel.h> file is not included, but because DRM_PANEL is
defined by default, the code compilation fails. so Modify the
configuration CONFIG_DRM_PANEL to CONFIG_DRM_PANEL_NOTIFICATIONS.

Because the input_get_new_minor and input_free_minor function are not in
google white list, so we can't use these functions in ower driver code.
We have submitted an application to google to add these two functions,
so add the temporary modification just for bring-up.

There are some changes in linux kernel 5.4:
- struct regulator_config lack of ena_gpio member, now should use ena_gpiod.
- struct regulator_dev's member mutex, its type changed from struct mutex to
struct ww_mutex, so should use regulator_lock() rather than mutex_lock().
- rdev_get_id does not allow to use, remove it.

Vibration request (RTP excluded) comes in forms of duration or waveform
ID. Adding code to invalidate duration after playing haptic to
distinguish the case when duration has not been explicitly set. This
allows to play preset wave form (e.g. weark short haptic) in case when
vibration request is missing waveform ID or duration info.

External function insertion can be delayed due to ongoing firmware
update. However, detection work will still run remove handler if
function needs to be re-inserted. Check handle for NULL in remove
handler to avoid kernel panic.

Because the proc entry tree of utags cannnot be removed when
the module is unloaded, and there is no whitelist ABI to unload

changes. Detect early overcurrent and scale down target threshold to
maintain currents within battery spec limits.

Mechanicals shortcomings require touch events from the bottom of the
screen to be suppressed to avoid unwanted side effects. Adding clip
