mmi_battery needs to be the proxy for setting CURRENT_MAX

The first 1 second vibrating would vibrate as a short vibrating
by "else if (value < 100 || aw869x->seq != 0)" because default
aw869x->seq is 0x01000000.
So fix it.

read product specific usecase index from kernel dt and use those to

The EVT1A phone with TI's drv2624 vibrator controller would
vibrate twice when booting which is not good.
So move vibrating from init.mmi.overlay.rc here as TI drv2624's
auto-calibration does on boot time.

DRM framework not following full display power up sequence when

The userspace string length count includes the null-byte,
but the length of range doesn't include the terminator byte.

Could potentially sleep with a spinlock if
we try to wake the muc while holding the queue
spinlock. This reworks the wake code to no longer
call the power mode set ioctl with a spinlock.
Also fixes -11 errors seen on the first transmit
attempt after coming out of low power mode.
