Resuming from system suspend after handling EUD based spoof disconnect,
USB enumeration is not supposed to start until EUD based spoof connect
is notified. Hence check EUD based spoof disconnect flag before updating
vbus_active.
Also log important USB inputs state with dwc3_ext_event_notify() API
using dbg_log_string() instead of dev_dbg().

Split up the different cases of "fastrpc_init_process" (like
static versus dynamic process create) into smaller functions, to
reduce the complexity of the function. Add utility function for
registering the service locators for remote process restart
notifications, to reduce code duplicity.

Enable support for configuring IOVA alignment since some IOMMU clients
don't require any IOVA alignment and therefore would benefit from the
reduced fragmentation that would result.

Currently the IOVA framework automatically applies IOVA alignment to
provided IOVAs based on the requested IOVA size and the alignment configs
which are enabled.
Some clients who don't require any IOVA alignment would benefit from the
reduced fragmentation that would result from disabling IOVA alignment.
Add support to allow clients to disable IOVA alignment on an IOMMU domain.

Bandwidth vote values were being applied as Bytes-per-second but
the interconnect framework expects Kilobytes-per-second units. Fix
the error by using unit conversion macros provided by the
interconnect interface.

If the HWO bit is set for the TRB (or the first TRB if scatter-gather
is used) of a request, it implies that core is still processing it.
In that case do not reclaim that TRB and also do not process
the request and give it back to the function driver.

Add support for PMIC Glink clients to receive notification when
the protection domain (e.g. charger PD) goes down and comes up
again. Similar to SSR (subsystem restart), PMIC Glink client can
pass a function pointer state_cb via which they would like to
receive when PMIC Glink state transitions so that they can
unregister from the framework (e.g. UCSI) and clean up their
state as needed.
PMIC Glink device supports PDR for the subsystem specified under
"qcom,protection-domain" property.

Haven hypervisor provides RM dt entries in a slightly different format
than has been used. Namely: the compatible string, capids are now
described by "reg" property, VMID/owner vmid is in a sibling DT node,
and names of some properties are changed. Thus, update RM driver to
parse accordingly. Common message queue dt parsing was moved into the
msgq driver helper function "hh_msgq_probe".

Currently, get_service_location() expects "char *" for client
name and service name from clients. Update this to "const char *"
as they're not supposed to be changed by service locator. This
also helps clients to pass a "const char *" when it reads
strings from device tree using of_property_read_string_index().
