When there is not panel connect to board , the active_panel is NULL
we need to protect it to avoid KE.

Sometimes thermal limit FCC small than qg iterm when soc >90%.
Qcom gauge will track to 100% but now battery is not full.
So qg iterm should setted small than FCC and large than chg_iterm.

the app_score in default oemdata(hybridswap) is initialized as 300
however, the userspace only configures 100, 200, 400, 600 groups,
there is no room fit for initial value, while go through all the
memcgroups, it is not possible to find a slot to fit in the default
value, the outbond index causes the panic

Provides a kernel module to support the initialization of motorola's
hypervisor level protections for kernel code and read-only data.
- This protection requires exceptions for jump_label patch addresses,
which are stored in a bitwise trie. Tests for this data structure are
included under tests/jump_table_lookup.h
- Handles proper translation of virtual into physical address
translation for enforcing kernel protections in the hypervisor
- Handles the splitting of hugepages and interprocessor synchronization
for fine-grained memory region protections

Some pump ic's register do not reset to defaul value after shutdown
for example cps2023, if acdrv mos set to manual mode and
Usb mos at off status. phone can not boot up by cable.

Due to GKI upgrade, commit "qc/Divar.LA.2.1.1-00014-STD.PROD-1,
power: supply: remove faulty cooling logic,kemnade.info", it remove
the cooling device register function.
We should register the battery cooling device in the discrete driver.
