Add sync_state functionality to remove threshold held
during initial boot up and clean up any linger proxy
resources that were voted for from bootloaders.

Commit deca272425 ("USB: Fix compilation errors with
host stack disabled") was added for checking if USB_CONFIG
was enable only then go for registering the host notifier.
However, this should be CONFIG_USB instead of that.
Since USB_CONFIG is not defined anywhere it will take it
false and the host notifier will never be registered.
Fix this by correcting the typo to CONFIG_USB.

Correct the fastrpc_free_pages API typo. And make
changes to initialize an uninitialized variable
which may contain junk data. Check NULL pointer
before being dereferenced.

From the kernel 5.1, added a "dm-mod.create" kernle cmdline parameter,
which allows device-mapper targets to be configured at boot time.
This enables early use of DM targets in the boot process (as the root
device or otherwise) without the need of an initramfs. So enabled the
dm-init module for dm-verity.

Emulate CNTVCT access, so that userspace can get CNTVCT value,
if the direct counter read is disabled. Also, keep direct
access disabled by default for userspace.

smcinvoke expects result in scm call resp.ret[1] and type in ret[0],
while qseecom expects result in ret[0] and type in ret[1]. To simplify
API interface and code changes in smcinvoke, here internally switch
result and resp_type.

The sysfs fallback mechanism is enabled if direct filesystem
lookup fails, so always use firmware_request_nowarn() instead
of request_firmware() to avoid unnecessary warning logs. Driver
will only check for return code of the API.

NTN3 switch requires register access over i2c when PCIe link
is not up. Add i2c control interface for a i2c client driver.
This i2c control interface registers with a i2c client driver
and provides client specific callbacks for read, write, reset
and register dump operations.i2c control interface can support
one i2c client per root port.

Both ethernet and USB need a way to coordinate usage of the tightly
coupled memory (TCM) region in the llcc. To this extent, provide a manager
for this region which can map this region for the kernel and provide
information for using it to clients, while also ensuring that
only one client can use the region at a time.
