the option M with predefined value if possible
Kernel 5.10 already defines the value of option M before the module
building, and module building should use that predefined value.

1. Disable the charging and charger input via device tree
configuration
2. Disable charger input if battery is absent or temperature
is too low(<-30 degree C)
3. Force battery to empty to trigger android auto power off
if paired battery becomes empty to avoid it over discharging.

userspace use current max to judge charging rate in
setting->battery menu. Because main charger icl will
been limit to 300ma when charger pump enable, so
we can't use usb icl update to userspace.

we can read the vbus node to get the vbus voltage.
we can write the force_chg_auto_enable node to set
