This module is used to tunnel multicast
packets received on an interface to WLAN
clients which have registered for these
packet streams. Mainly used to tunnel
EMBMS packets received on TMGI streams.

Enable SDHC FIFO explicitly by disabling the alternative FIFO.
The boot-loaders might use alternative FIFO instead of HC FIFO.
And the vendor specific register which has this setting won't get
reset with controller reset. So the FIFO setting done by the
bootloader would remain as it is unless its explicitly cleared.
Without clearing this setting, mmc driver can't make use of regular
FIFO mode.

System PM Violators reads should not be jumbled. Add a barrier to ensure
reads are sequential.

commit 59ff8848b2 ("usb: gadget: qdss: Use usb_ep_autoconfig()
instead of ss() variant") modified f_qdss to use the simple
usb_ep_autoconfig() helper, however this function has a caveat
that the passed in descriptor's wMaxPacketSize field gets updated
to be a maximum to 64 bytes. Hence, this function should not be
called with descriptors intended for high- or Superspeed usage
since they can support up to 512 or 1024 bytes for bulk endpoints.
Instead, call usb_ep_autoconfig() by passing in the FS descriptors,
and use the resulting bEndpointAddress assignment to update the
corresponding HS and SS descriptors.

With kmem event we were missing number of allocs and frees due
to high frequency of event occurrence. So added debugfs interface
to capture the slub alloc owners from slab list and it prints data
using sequential file interface when we execute the
"cat /sys/kernel/debug/slab/alloc_trace" command.

arm32 original logic:
1. allocated memory for page_ext(using memblock).
2. invoke the init callback of page_ext_ops like
page_owner(using buddy).
3. initialize buddy.
after this change:
1. allocated memory for page_ext(using memblock).
2. initialize buddy.
3. invoke the init callback of page_ext_ops like
page_owner(using buddy).
with the change, failure/dummy_handle can get its correct value.
