CONFIG_QCOM_SPMI_TEMP_ALARM is incorrectly disabled in
lahaina_QGKI.config and lahaina_debug.config. Remove this
disablement so that the SPMI temp alarm driver is compiled
in both GKI and QGKI builds.

Mark rfclka2 as an optional clock for Lahaina. This clock is currently
unused on our internal development boards and thus isn't populated in
cmd_db. It could be used on future boards, so don't remove it entirely.

On a TLB sync timeout for a given SMMU, dump the outstanding transaction
bitmap for each of its TBUs. Additionally, introduce a sync_timed_out flag
for each SMMU to be present with the enabling of CONFIG_IOMMU_DEBUG to (1)
ensure that only one thread performs the relevant logging and BUG_ON()
during a sync timeout, and (2) prevent other incoming threads from
triggering further timeouts, which can overwrite the SMMU state data that
would contain information on the initial sync timeout.

MHI is used to communicate with external modems. Add MHI support for
QRTR to support QMI traffic between an external modem and the local
processor.

device that registers. Update them to only print when
debugging is enabled.

module_init() was incorrectly used instead of module_exit(). Fix
the macro and the exit function for the correct prototype. Slightly
adjust a function callback to match the header prototype and add a
missing variable.

Make a request for the parent supply voltage (with headroom
included) inside of pm8008_regulator_enable(). This ensures that
the required headroom is enforced if a consumer calls
regulator_disable() followed by regulator_enable() for one of
the PM8008 LDO regulators.
Also, change the procedure used to request the parent supply
voltage inside of pm8008_regulator_set_voltage(). The parent
voltage request should only be made if the PM8008 LDO is enabled.
Additionally, the request should be made after the PM8008 LDO
voltage is changed if the voltage is being reduced. This ensures
that there are no transient headroom voltage violations.
