The func_is_suspended and func_wakeup_allowed flags are now not
part of the struct usb_function; hence move those fields to the
local struct f_cdev. Guard the get_status() callback within
CONFIG_USB_FUNC_WAKEUP_SUPPORTED as it should return 0 if
function wakeup is not supported. Finally fix up various usage
of the FUNC_SUSPEND flags to use the standard definitions found
in <uapi/linux/usb/ch9.h>.

USB 3.x allows functions to be independently suspended for better
power management on a per-interface basis. Additionally a function
can also be a remote wake source. Add support for allowing a
function to issue a remote wakeup to the composite driver, which in
turn will issue a device notification packet request to the device
controller driver.

This reverts commit 099c0c9a64.
CONFIG_CMA_DEBUGFS is only enabled in debug builds on 5.4+
and the purpose of this commit is to disallow CMA allocations
through debugfs on production builds. Since, this is no longer
possible, revert this change.

dsb should be invoked before wfi instruction without which
core can get stuck or do not respond to IPIs. Use cpu_do_idle
that invokes both dsb and wfi instructions for shallower mode
entry.

interrupt from the subsystems. This is needed for emulation
platform where the time doesn't scale well with the actual
time.

Building with llvm generates the following warning:
drivers/media/platform/msm/cvp//msm_cvp_ioctl.c:611:13: warning: stack frame
size of 2064 bytes in function 'cvp_ioctl' [-Wframe-larger-than=]
struct cvp_kmd_hfi_packet is 1880 bytes and is a member of a union inside
struct cvp_kmd_arg which eventually triggers the warning. Allocate the
struct from the heap instead.
