6cb92b1846 ARM: dts: msm: Disable TBU halting for pcie tbu on sdxlemur 
Due to pcie ordering rules, halting a tbu which accepts pcie
traffic can cause a deadlock.

5e2a8f0422 ARM: dts: msm: use dummy regulator for new QRD Holi 
The 3V eLDO controlled by gpio#53 is always ON, to avoid any
conflict with the ALS sensor that is also using the same GPIO.

Make use of a dummy regulator for the touch 3V supply.

37cd807874 ARM: dts: msm: add PM7250B and SMB1394 to sdxlemur-mtp-mbb-emmc boards 
sdxlemur-mtp-mbb-emmc boards use PM7250B and SMB1394 similar to
sdxlemur-mtp-mbb boards. However, sdxlemur-mtp-mbb-emmc.dtsi has
sdxlemur-pmic-overlay.dtsi which only adds PMK8350 and PMX65.

Add pm7250b.dtsi and smb1394.dtsi to sdxlemur-mtp-mbb-emmc.dtsi
so that sdxlemur-mtp-mbb-emmc boards can now use USB VBUS
detection from PM7250B charger peripheral instead of VBUS_DET
peripheral from PMX65.
