if WARN() is called under spinlock, it will lead crash due to
watchdog timeout. Hence fix it by releasing spinlock before calling
WARN(). And also check cdev->config is NULL or not before calling
WARN().

Since PCIe remap window register access and actual PCIe device
register access may go through different NoCs, read it back after
writing to remap window register to make sure it has taken effect.
This is able to avoid NOC errors when accessing the actual device
register which the remap window value applies to.

CB requests are processed by HLOS userspace. It is possible that
userspace never returns with a response. This could cause trusted
environment that initiated CB request to reject processing anymore
non-secure requests. This is not a desirable situation. Hence, adding
timeout functionality along with retry mechanism to send error response
back to trusted env after maximum number of retries are already done and
continue processing requests from non-secure side.

Fix data race in prepend_path() with re-reading mnt->mnt_ns twice
without holding the lock.
is_mounted() does check for NULL, but is_anon_ns(mnt->mnt_ns) might
re-read the pointer again which could be NULL already, if in between
reads one of kern_unmount()/kern_unmount_array()/umount_tree() sets
mnt->mnt_ns to NULL.
This is seen in production with the following stack trace:

agent waits for response for 30 milli seconds (max_rx_timeout)
before timing out if response gets delayed from platform.
Increase the timeout value to 1 second to minimize message
send failures in case of delays.

There might be spurious HS PHY IRQ after USB bus has gone into
hibernation which leads to dwc3_msm_resume and in_lpm flag
getting cleared. Next when the restore from hibernation happens,
dwc3_msm_resume becomes a no-op but in reality, the HW resources
are all turned off. This leads to an unclocked access from
xhci_resume.
Fix this by disabling PHY wakeup IRQs on hibernation/pm_suspend
for automotive targets.

The prefetch work items currently use the system unbounded
workqueue for prefetching/draining memory for a secure VMID. The
execution of either operation can overlap with system suspend and
can block the later phases of the system suspend flow (e.g. waiting
for all available CPUs to go idle) if these operations take a long
amount of time.
Since the prefetch and drain operations involve manipulating the
S2 page tables and can take a long time based on the amount of memory
that is being hyp assigned, use a freezable unbound workqueue. Using
a freezable workqueue allows for outstanding prefetch works to be
processed at the beginning of the system suspend flow, when workqueues
are being frozen, and subsequent prefetch works are processed after
system resume, when workqueues are thawed. This prevents blocking
the later phases of system suspend, where CPUs should quickly
go to idle.

Ideally GENI drivers shouldn't fail or crash if ICC entries are missing
from the DT node or CONFIG_INTERCONNECT is disabled. Most of the ICC APIs
returns success in such scenarios.
Since we have maintained our own wrapper for most of the ICC interaction
for ex: rmv_ab_ib/add_ab_ib/resources_init mostly due to QUP core clock
behaviour. So, let's bail out from these APIs if ICC entry is missing
in DT node. In future we can move ICC registration to probe to simplify
more.
Also, remove the obsolete iommu related code.
