Update the Vivo symbol list to come up to date with some more modules.
No new symbols are exported from the system, so no .xml file change
needed.
New symbol additions should come in their own, separate commit.

In case of continuous panel BLANK and UNBLANK, there is a possibility
of a race condition in the current sequence of operations. This change
ensures that suspend work is also queued on the same workqueue as the
resume work to ensure no race around and removes the need for having to
cancel touch resume work during a panel blank.

Enabling SIP direct media allows flow of SIP media traffic only between
the SIP signalling end points. Disabling SIP direct media allows flow of
SIP media traffic between 2 SIP clients which interact with each other
with the help of SIP server as the intermediate entity, which is the more
common usecase. This change allows easy way to enable/disable SIP direct
media from userspace to cater to the more common usecase.

PMU expects FAL QACTIVE signal to be asserted first followed
by FAL10VETO. Correct this sequence as per latest recommendation.

Print SSD info in the context fault handler. This is useful to
differentiate transaction generated within SMMU to those from actual
clients.
While we are at it, also move SID print before we start ATOS operations.
Sometime it's observed that if system triggers panic before fault handler
completes ATOS operations then the SID info is not printed. SID info has
been found to be must in order to identify the master. So print it before
we start ATOS operation.

There is a chance of messing up per process stats if something
like a free and allocation happen at the same time for memory
belonging to the same process. So make per process stats atomic.
Decrement process stats when mem entry is destroyed. Also make
sure that mapsize is updated for all the memdescs.

Setting opmode to invalid values would lead to a
paging fault failure when there is an access to the
power_operation_mode.
Prevent this by checking the validity of the value
that the opmode is being set.

If ref count is greater than 1, decrement ref count without
calling SOC_WAKE_RELEASE QMI as for ref count greater than 1
SOC_WAKE_REQ is also not sent.
This will protect req/release mismatch in FW.
