Add support for a vendor specific SCSI pass through command to
trigger reboot.

SC_REBOOT (0xd7) - triggers reboot into fastboot mode
SC_REBOOT_1 (0xd8) - triggers reboot into normal mode.

ac23a64f12 Cypfq: dlkm: Gc7372 add enable/disable wake irq for single tap 
- If we do not set the irq to wakeable, single tap to wake may not wake up the AP,
so add the corresponding change for fix this issue.

96303e9db4 Cypfq: dlkm: Add power off process for ili9882a 
- Since now we having display/touch current drain issue when suspend,
so need to set rst pin to low when suspend and add reset process to
change rst pin to high when resume.
- For compatibility with other projects, add macro ILITEK_SUSPEND_PWROFF
to control this function.
