Prepare driver for FTM/AOA while unassociated.
1. Added attributes allowing user space to specify the frequency
where FTM/AOA peer is listening. When specified it will override
the entry in the kernel scan results cache. If not specified,
the kernel scan results cache will be used like today.
This gives user space location framework more flexibility - it
can maintain its own cache of peers, or perform scans less
often (since entries in the kernel scan results cache expire
quickly)
2. Remove associated check when starting FTM session, so session
can start even when unassociated.

Added initial support for fine timing measurement(FTM)
and angle of arrival (AOA). These features allow a station
to get an accurate indoor location by measuring
distance (FTM) and azimuth/elevation (AOA) to one or more
stations/APs with a known location.
The following APIs are supported:
1. Get FTM/AOA capabilities, currently hard-coded for a
single-shot measurement to an associated AP.
2. Start FTM session.
3. Receive FTM results.
4. Start standalone AOA measurement.
5. Receive AOA results.

Add a module parameter alt_ifname that when set, will name
the primary network interface wigig<N> instead of the default
wlan<N>. This helps platforms such as android where we need to
clearly separate the WIGIG interface from the default wireless
interface.

"grep -r" option excludes symlinks. This breaks if there are symlinks
present in the bindings and actual source resides outside of the kernel.
To consider symlinks invoke grep with "-R" option.

CONFIG_CMA_DEBUG was #defining DEBUG, which has the side effect of
changing the behavior of pr_debug statements to always print into
the dmesg log, as opposed to printing only if they are enabled via
dynamic debug.
Log etiquette indicates that messages should only be printed for
error conditions.

Fix the "status stuck at on" warning when disabling
disp_cc_mdss_mdp_lut_clk. The enable bit for this clock doesn't actually
do anything and instead the enable signal is tied to the enable bit of
disp_cc_mdss_mdp_clk. Even though this clock isn't truly votable, use
BRANCH_HALT_VOTED to ensure that the client enables disp_cc_mdss_mdp_clk
before this one and that we don't throw a warning on the disable path
when the clock doesn't actually turn off yet.
