In AP mode, the driver checks each received frame, in case it is
multicast or unicast packet targeted to one of the AP clients, the
driver does the routing in L2 level. EAPOL packet is plaintext frame
and it should not follow the above role.
When AP receives an EAPOL packet that is multicast or targeted to
a client in the AP network, the driver should not forward this packet
immediately in L2. EAPOL packet should be indicated to the network
stack which will check the packet validity and will decide if to forward
the packet to its client or not.

With support to move between LLCC TCM and DDR memory for USB RMNET
IN endpoint related data buffer, it is required to reset RMNET IN
endpoint related num_buf and buf_len while going from LLCC TCM memory
usage to DDR memory otherwise number of buffer and length remains same
as LLCC TCM based configuration.

while IP/GRE headers are stripped on downlink.

During suspend while trusted touch is active, remove wait
for trusted touch to complete and skip i2c transfer. This
avoids delay during suspend.

Currently the driver is not setting is_suspended flag for
GPS function which is leading to remote wakeup failure for
host. Also clear rwake_inprogress flag in gsi_resume before
bailing out early for GPS function so that driver can
successfully do remote-wakeup for the functions that support
this feature.

WLAN host driver requires this API to get SSR state, avoid doing
ramdump when SSR happen and quick restart WLAN subsys.
Add back subsys_get_restart_level() support and fix return -EIVAL
in cnss_put_hw_resources().
