Use spin_unlock_irqrestore while unlocking mutex being locked
with spin_lock_irqsave to prevent spinlock corruption.

Bolero_register_macro can be called simultaneously by different
macros as bootup resulting in inconsistent value of
num_macros_registered. This will result in one of macro going ahead and
registering bolero component and other macro failing to register which
will cause probe of other macro to fail. Protect function with mutex lock
so that macros access it sequentially.

Some functions in q6asm are declared as static and global with export_symbol
resulting in warning bring generated during compilation. Remove static from
functions to resolve issue.

In the prepare stage of loopback driver, no asm cal data will report info
instead of fatal error, make sure the sequence contiune.

During sound card register init call, if swr pdev
is not initialized yet respective soundwire port
config is not updated to soundwire controller device.
In macro drivers, update swr pdev into macro private
data prior to platform device add.

Sometimes during stability enumeration for swr dmics is not
successful due to proper delay not given after reset. Change
delay from 5msec to 10msec to resolve issue.

With hs tdm port ids extension, the total port ids exceed 256
and mask 0xFF is not enough to get hs tdm port ids in adm open
callback which cause adm open timeout issue.

In afe_set_cal_sp_th_vi_cfg and afe_get_cal_sp_th_vi_param
functions, data size is not checked properly which might
lead to out of bounds access.
Add data_size check to avoid out of bounds access.

CONFIG_MSM_BOOT_TIME_MARKER has been removed. So
switch to use CONFIG_MSM_BOOT_STATS to print boot
marker for audio.
