Accessing some of the memory of the device while the device is
resetting or suspending may cause unexpected error as the HW is still
not in a stable state. Prevent this access to guarantee successful
read/write memory operations.

Currently when brightness is zeroed-out for a flash/torch device its
"configured" flag is set to false. Hence the flash/torch device is
ignored when its switch is disabled. This leads to the corresponding
LED channel left enabled. Fix this by setting "configured" flag to
false only when led strobe is de-asserted.

ION clients may want to know about the security state of a heap
prior to allocating from it, so expose an interface for querying
the security state of a heap.

There are potential scenarios where the IPCC interrupts would have
been raised (and pending) during the bootloader stage. As a result,
the driver shouldn't be performing a reset as it would clear all the
pending interrupts. Hence, do not perform an explicit reset in the
driver's probe.

Register with CPU Hotplug and Idle notifiers so that memlat
gets notified when CPU is being hotplugged in/out or when CPU
enters Idle state. The perf events should be recreated when the
cpu is brought back online. Also do not update the counts when
the cpu is hotplugged out or when it enters Idle state.

rpm_msgs address is calculated from memory allocated during write_batch.
Correct the offset from where rpm_msgs actually starts and assign req
pointer to point to correct address.
Also add list_del before freeing memory in invalidate_batch.

Add the HDCP QSEECOM header file as it contains definitions used
in client drivers such as the DisplayPort driver.
This implementation is based on a snapshot of the HDCP QSEECOM
module as of this commit 86411ada84786796 ("drm/msm/hdcp: Update
HDCP QSEECOM to start auth on user command") on kernel-4.19.
