The golden profiles generated in TI tool does not account for Mot
custom chemistry setting. So we need to manually add dm element IDs
85, 84, 85, 108 to both FG gmfs files. Also increment dm ver to rev3.

Factory SW boots charger driver quicker than user builds. So charger drv
may attempt a heartbeat update prior to completion of FG reset and re-init.
This can cause a negative bad read from FG.
Chrger drv checks will force the negative value to 0 soc instead. To
prevent this, delay to the next scheduled hearbeat capacity update.
NO_PROP_NEEDED: keep to smith & TI FG timing.

The new battery profile was added, but the dm_ver was never incremented.
The driver will not update the configuration on the chips until it sees
a new dm_ver, so this is required to actually see the effects of the new
battery configuration files.

Since all the definitions of Qcom's kernel 5.4 are now in
device/qcom/kernelscripts/kernel_definitions.mk,
And AndroidKernelModule.mk is removed in kernel 5.4.
So include kernel_definitions.mk instead for baseline

When Synaptics touch belongs to secondary display and splash screen
option enabled, driver depends on DRM display notification to follow
with HW init. In this case suspend/resule and irq enable/disable
methods can be called by class driver un-initialized causing kernel
to panic. Added atomic flag to indicate device queried successfully
to prevent un-initialized methods execution.
