WCD937x codec requires clear registers to be written '1' and
'0' for clearing interrupts. Enable clear_ack flag in regmap
irq chip structure for wcd937x.

When headset is inserted and reboot device sometimes
headset is not detected after reboot as host_irq from
swr slave gets masked. This is because of cmd error seen
after clearing all irq which results in fifo flush.
Read swrslave irq before clearing so as to resolve cmd error.
Also enable host irq after clearing enum interrupt at master.
This ensures irq is properly enabled.

On some lahaina devices, wcd codec is disabled and it would cause
issue when trying to use wcd widgets. Add flag to indicate if wcd
is disabled

Fucntion msm_qti_pp_send_chmix_cfg_cmd() uses the param_hdr_v3
as the APR header structure for PSPD MtMx set params command.
This structure is the incorrect one which causes ADSP to parse
the PSDP set params payload wrongly and results failure for
non-LPI headset SVA. Use param_hdr_v1 instead to match the
one that ADSP uses to parse the PSPD set params payload.

With multicodec approach, codec widgets are added much earlier during sound
card registration than aux codec approach. The connections between bolero and wcd938x
are done via device tree at a later point. DAPM does power checkup for codec widgets
before the codec-codec path is connected. This results in wcd937x dapm inputs/output
to be considered as endpoints, which results in playback/record failure once after
bootup. Hence, add dummy output/input widgets to wcd937x dapm inputs/output which are not
codec endpoints.

During bootup, hdmi mixer control get functions are called
multiple times and if there is no active hdmi/dp connection,
multiple non-fatal errors messages are logged. These non-fatal
errors messages are triaged as fatal, to avoid this scenario
rate limit the error message.

id. Read foundry id and update hph settings so as to
provide same settings to end user.
