Heartbeat work in charger driver will work every 100s when no charging.
It will cost some power.
But when discharging, we do not need to pay attention to charging
function, we just need soc changing.
And for our test in genevn, fg driver will send a notification when soc
changed. So we could increase the period of heartbeat wor

Save chipid info into /proc/bootinfo

enable flip charge by echo 1 > chg_en, but chrg_stat flag need 200ms to
update in delay work. if a delay work is already runnning when
enable flip charge, it may disable flip charge immediatly cause factory

f_usbnet driver did not handle the skb allocation
Or enqueue failure cases, the phone rx from PC bulkout endpoint
will stop if all the rx requests in the queue are all failed
Reschedule the rx in another workqueue so it will not stuck for ever
