Dual battery thermal mitigation, Add equal ratio thermal level control
Define THERMAL_RATIO_CONTRO to enable this feature.

On closed Oberon unit we saw SOL led not blinking due to sync issue of
led_set_brightness with blink set.
Add led_set_brightness_sync which is a blocking call till blink set.
This will enable setting blink smoothly without conflict with brigtness.
The patch will also use flush_work before setting brightness so no more
delay required before new brigtness setting.

Added module_param support to led-trig.ko module to set during
init. This can be set to enable tri-led path in driver.
multi_led_enable = 0 : This is default setting only one led module will
be controlled.
multi_led_enable = 1 : Enable tri-led calls so individual brightness or
blink can be set for all (R,G,B) leds.

Problem: aging test, touch dislocation.
Cause: during the boot process, when the rst pin is pulled, the int pin will also be pulled down, and the system respond
to the interrupt in advance, but at this time there is no firmware in the IC, which will trigger esd recovery to reload
the firmware. The resolution information is stored in the firmware, but the firmware path has not been assigned at this time,
and the firmware cannot be applied, resulting in the upgrade failure. If the resolution cannot be obtained, the default
resolution will be used, which will lead to incorrect resolution setting.
Solution: during the boot process, only after the firmware upgrade successfully, system can response to interrupts.
